voodoo pathway performance-tuning

As we expect to be doing some iterative performance-tuning of voodoo "pathways" (what we're calling routes, ie supernode/exitnode combinations), this thread is being opened to share performance results, network analytics from client-side perspective, and so on.

For example, here's some netalyzr results (also shared via twitter) contributed by a team member, testing a stock win10/widget2.22 voodoo pathway through Iceland:
