Not Your Average "Dark Web" Documentary

Postby Redneck Ninja » Tue Mar 28, 2017 2:46 pm

I was tiddling about in https://www.reddit.com/r/darkweb and came across a post of someone looking for information on the Documentary, "Down The Deep, Dark Web". Well, I found it for him (he was looking to rent/buy the video and apparently didn't know how to use a search engine. I found it in two seconds), and I'm glad I did. Instead of going with the "shock value" approach (because everybody knows that the dark web is full of deviants & evil-doers) to showing what it is, it instead explains the philosophy & ideology behind the right to privacy and how it relates to the deep/dark web. I didn't purchase it (couldn't justify the cost for a 54 minute video), so I can't post it. I did rent it though, and it's definitely worth the watch. Here's the link if anybody else is interested:

I'm sure there are those that are much more clever than an I am and can probably find this by "other means" (call me lazy). This will at least give you the opportunity to preview it before investing in it. The official website for the film is here, which also includes the preview:
