so I bought 1 month sub of AirVPN but long time ago they banned me from posting at the forum I don't know why. So they are against censorship and are activist? yet I can't mention another vpn companies at their forum why?

A similar message of yours with advertisements and defamatory information on our service has been deleted. Your account is no more authorized to write in our forums.
just a note I bought one month earlier and didn't find their service good so I asked for refund. Now two years later I decided to try their services again and I asked them this:

So no explaining why and no reply just ignored and locked?
Next day I tried to contact them again to get reply from the team
They decided to ignore my message and lock it, so I wrote more and no reply still..
The refund I didn't ask for and they deleted my sub.
I also don't know what they meant by "fraudulent activities" when asking for refund.. is that fraudulent? Also when asking why I should buy this service rather than the other by mentioning the name of the other vpn that it needs to be censor shipped? So rather than explaining why your own service is better you shut off the costumer by banning his rights to post at the forum and delete the information of other vpn companies.
I was curious why I got my post rights disabled then you decide against my will to delete my 1 month sub which I paid for and refund it without asking for it. Then you don't even reply to my support ticket at all by explaining your actions and lock it up.. way to go to threat paying costumer.
I gave you airvpn two shots to be good vpn company but you blow it away twice..not going to support you sorry..
later I was browsing airvpn forum..
was randomly reading the airvpn forum I found this: So he can openly say about PIA and such but I can't?
Even the staff replied.. so when I compared VikingVPN and PIA I got banned for advertising different vpns? he doesn't get anything?
and just to be clear
two years ago I bought their service for a month or so then it wasn't good enough for me so I asked for a refund and got it. Now two years later I bought the service and was quite happy with the improvement etc. I send the support ticket asking why I'm banned from the forum to post any replies to anything or make topics No comment from the support team just "resolved & locked" nothing else and they also issued me refund which I didn't clearly ask? why? so at this point I got pissed cuz I didn't want them to refund my subscription I wanted to them to tell me why I can't post at the forum.. and then I send them another support ticket which they also ignored to comment and just tug under the rug..
