Unfornately I always can't get connected to Portugal.
I tried the adresses from cs_support, I took a conf-file of annother country that works for me and I replaced the <connection> stuff, does not work for me.
I downloaded one of the official conf files from here: "raw"/Linux-based connections use these files... and replaced the adresses (<connection from portugal...> ) : doesn't work.
Something strange: I activated the log funktion :
Code: Select all
log devnull.txt verb 5 mute 0
20 times I looked up if I really use the right username (hashed token), password : yes I do, its the right one (same I use in the other connections).
I noticed the following thing:
In the Network Manager, when I import the conf file, the last adress in the list of connection adresses appears in the "Gateway" field.
Code: Select all
remote-random <connection> remote raw-brisa.cryptostorm.net 443 udp </connection> <connection> remote raw-brisa.cryptostorm.org 443 udp </connection> <connection> remote raw-brisa.cryptostorm.nu 443 udp </connection>
With a Network tool, I did a lookup onto these adresses.
lookup raw-brisa.cryptostorm.net gives the ip 18.104.22.168 (portugal IP, ok)
lookup raw-brisa.cryptostorm.org gives the same ip. (ok)
lookup raw-brisa.cryptostorm.nu does not give this ip number, but a.root-servers.net nstld.verisign-grs.com. 2014092801 1800 900 604800 86400.
So I said to me, perhaps the gateway adress is the problem and I omit the .nu adress in the conf file. That means I try a conf file with only the .net and .org adresses. (In this case the .org adress appears in the "Gateway" field). But that does not work either.
(I dit the same lookup onto all config files on all adresses (.net, .org, .nu, .pw), all give the ip adress of the country.)
I don't know what else to try or to look for.
Do you have any idea, any suggestions ?
