Hello, I recently had a problem pop up when I attempted to connect with cryptostorm and I haven't had any luck figuring it out myself; most likely due to my lack of knowledge on the subject.
When I try to connect, I get a popup window that says: "Error: Cannot resolve Global random".
In red within the cryptostorm window is:"Cannot resolve windows-balancer.cstorm.pw:443 (The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found.) This usually means something is wrong with your DNS settings."
Things I have tried so far:
1- I flushed my DNS.
2- I restarted the computer.
I've been using cryptostorm for a couple months now and haven't had this issue before. Nothing has changed with my setup at all, outside of standard windows updates. For informational purposes, I'm running windows 7.
If anyone has any ideas for how to fix this, I would appreciate it.
Thank you for your time and attention.

Cannot Resolve Global Random

@OP
Can you resolve nodes in specific regions?

Re: Cannot Resolve Global Random
Well, when I went back today and attempted to connect a specific region, in this case Spain, it worked. So, I went back and tried the global random, and that works now too. Which is very odd, as I haven't done anything while waiting for the post to go up here. The computer wasn't even restarted between now and then. Odd.

Same problem here. I also tried specific regions like Germany (Dusseldorf & Frankfurt), France, Poland, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands...nothing works.
Re: Cannot Resolve Global Random
This also happens to me . Seems to be a random thing . I usually only go to US sites. No rhyme or reason to it.
Going off site and retrying again usually solves it. I was beginning to to think it was something with my
setup. May still be for that matter. Only happens occasionally.
