Voodoo Dead?

Why do the Voodoo nodes go down for days at a time on a regular basis (i.e. every few weeks)? Could you tell us why the Voodoo nodes are so neglected?

Those of us using those nodes would at least appreciate some information as to why you seem to treat them like red-headed step-children.

The voodoo nodes are up, but the UDP instances have been having strange problems for some time now.
We're not sure if it's ISP manipulation or a simple configuration mistake. It could be the former for at least the Russia node since they started blocking VPNs.
At any rate, TCP voodoo still seems to be working fine on all the nodes.
And yes, it does appear that we're neglecting the voodoo nodes. That's because the tunnel has to be manually restarted whenever one of the endpoints goes down.

Eventually, we'll streamline the process a bit more so that tunnels are monitored and restarted automatically as needed.

If you need to communicate with CS, the support@cryptostorm.is email or the live chat would get you the fastest response, since the forum isn't used by staff very often.
