Disconnects and authorization failures

Hello,
I have been getting multiple "authorization failures" and disconnects on a very regular basis. I've gone to the TOKEN VERIFY PAGE and entered my token. This was the reply:

"That 365 day token is VALID and will expire in 202 days."
"That token has reached the maximum number of sessions."


What does this mean? I am the only one using it. There are no concurrent connections being used simultaneously, only one at a time and I do logoff.
Please help. Thank you so much.

@OP

For whatever reason, the session counter isn't being decreased when you log off. Send your token to support@cryptostorm.is and they will reset it for you.

I'm having the same problem. Sent an email to support@cryptostorm.is a few hours ago.
