Hello,
24 hours ago, when trying to connect, I had this message :
"Error.Authorization failed for that token."
So, I joined CS for circa 1 month ( I paid for 6 months) and I was happy whith it.
Since, I can't connect.
I had also this message "Autoconnect disabled due to error. Re-enable it in Options."

What can I do for repair ?
Or I must loose my money and try another VPN ? ?
Please, I hope a solution ! ! !

@OP

Go here and enter your token. If it complains about too many sessions, email your token to support@cryptostorm.is and they will perform a session reset.

Yes, OK it complains about too many sessions, anyway I had emailed my token to support@cryptostorm.is
Please what I have to do now ?

OK...I have tried , like you said in your mail...
It doesn't work...
I obtain always the same result ! ! !
Will you try to repair my connection with CS or not ?
If not, I will go away to another VPN
The widget doesn't work

@OP

I'm not staff, so I cannot personally do anything. Try the token in the checker again and see if it has been reset.

Token checker says : "Token VALID"
But, it doesn't work..!
