OpenVPN not connecting on Fedora 25

Postby skibumchris » Fri Mar 31, 2017 9:54 am

I am running Fedora 25 on a VPS and am having issues connecting to CS. It is authenticating, and this is the response from the server:

[root@pogo openvpn]# openvpn --config southtcp.conf
Thu Mar 30 23:46:51 2017 us=946723 WARNING: file 'passwd.txt' is group or others accessible
Thu Mar 30 23:46:51 2017 us=947799 Current Parameter Settings:
Thu Mar 30 23:46:51 2017 us=947929 config = 'southtcp.conf'
Thu Mar 30 23:46:51 2017 us=948042 mode = 0
Thu Mar 30 23:46:51 2017 us=948137 NOTE: --mute triggered...
Thu Mar 30 23:46:51 2017 us=948246 297 variation(s) on previous 3 message(s) suppressed by --mute
Thu Mar 30 23:46:51 2017 us=948304 OpenVPN 2.4.0 x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu [SSL (mbed TLS)] [LZO] [LZ4] [EPOLL] [MH/PKTINFO] [AEAD] built on Feb 9 2017
Thu Mar 30 23:46:51 2017 us=948392 library versions: mbed TLS 2.4.0, LZO 2.08

When I try to traceroute, it does not appear that any traffic is going through the tunnel. I don't know if the above response is normal, or indicative of an error, but I would appreciate any insight anyone can give. And if you need more info from me, please let me know.

That log snippet doesn't indicate that authentication is successful, please post the complete scrubbed log.
