What they seem to be blocking is 443/UDP, specifically. HTTPS traffic - 443/TCP - will still get through. They could be blocking all CS nodes, since they are all public. They could be even going a level deeper and blocking all OpenVPN traffic, but that would be a little stupid, although they could be blocking OpenVPN traffic specifically on port 443, whether TCP or UDP.marzametal wrote:Wow, an ISP blocking 443.
