@viking

Send the token to support@cryptostorm.is - they will reset the sessions for you. :)

Same problem here. My Token is not authorized anymore after raspi crash.
Tokenchecker says Session limit reached.

@noauth

You can also do "echo -n <token> | sha512sum". :)

Here's what fixed it - instead of using the online hash calculators:

echo -n "{token}" | openssl dgst -sha512

I've got the same thing with a new token, and the token checker says:

That token is VALID and has not yet been used.
It will expire 365 days after first use.

@OP

Go to the token checker and enter your token, what does it say?

Token Not Authorized

Post by scarlet81 » Mon Jun 05, 2017 6:47 am

Hey guys,

I have had a Cryptostorm token since I believe January 2016. Just today, I was getting an error message when attempting to log in that my token wasn't authorized. I have my token saved, so I know it's unchanged since the last time, and was wondering, does this mean my token has expired? I can't think of anything else it would be that would be causing my token to not be authorized. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this?

Thanks
